Specifications
- Floor - Insulated, chipboard deck with timber joists and sheet vinyl finish.
- Walls - Seamless GRP outer finish panels. Incorporating inbound steel legs with ply inner diaphragm, Styrofoam composite core and vinyl faced plasterboard to internal finish.
- Roof - Insulated, timber joists with chipboard deck, and high performance PVC weather membrane and vinyl faced plasterboard ceiling.
- Frame - Steel chassis and cross members / adjustable feet connected to wall "concealed" leg and lifting points.
- Windows -Top hung double glazed PVCu units with feature surround trim.
- Door - Steel composite core with 5 lever lock.
- Electrics - Installation includes, switched double socket outlets, fluorescent lighting, wall mounted thermostatically controlled heaters.
- Colours - white panels, trims, door and floor finish from standard range, white internal ceilings and walls.
