Specification
- Floor - The system comprises of a surface decking of 24mm moisture resistant tongued and grooved plywood. The flooring is insulated with a layer of Ecobrite Thermfoil insulation membrane

Walls - The external walls to the modular units comprise a 100mm thick composite interlocking panel of PIR core and steel sheets to each face the outer being Plastisol coated and the inner being a 2 coat polyester finish in white.
- Roof - The roof comprises a pre-engineered composite roof deck of 18mm MR Chipboard and a Hypalon weather membrane Ecobrite insulation is used as the floor. The roof deck is mechanically fixed onto the supporting purlins and the panels are inter-locked and hot-welded to form an impermeable roof deck.
- Fascia/Trims & Skirts - Manufactured from powder coated, these components are ‘secretly’ mechanically fixed where applicable to the external fabric of the building designed for ease of maintenance and re-locatability of the building.
Frame - The structural steel normally utilized in the manufacture of the modular unit frames is of a cold rolled pre-hot dipped galvanised steel of Z35 standard, grade Fe E350G, with a coating to BS EN 10147.
- Windows - White UPVC double glazed. External panes are to be clear K glass. The top sash is to be fully opening, incorporating friction stay hinges complete with restrictor’s, locking espagolette handles with the lower panes fixed.
- Doors - All external doors are steel composite doors with steel wrap around frames colour coded to the building. Locks to external doors are to be of 5-lever mortice type. Internal doors have both faces hardwood veneered, hardwood lipped on the two long edges and pre-finished with clear lacquer prior to being hung.
- Electrics - Installation includes, switched double socket outlets, fluorescent lighting, wall mounted thermostatically controlled heaters.
